Job Requirements
- Ability to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends
- Must be reliable and have a high commitment to customer service
- Willingness to learn and adopt company procedures
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic proficiency in English
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to effectively communicate in basic English
- Demonstrated strong time management and prioritization skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of professionalism, integrity, and self-discipline
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and common indoor and outdoor areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and commitment to service excellence
- Follow specific TFG HI processes and adhere to safety standards
- Lift up to 25 lbs comfortably and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending, sweeping, wiping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Work nights and weekends as needed
