Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week

- Ability to lift 25 lbs comfortably
- Ability to walk, stand, push, pull, reach, stoop, stretch, bend, sweep, wipe, mop, and vacuum for long periods
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Must clear a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in janitorial or housekeeping services highly preferred
- Strong communication skills and basic English proficiency
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and time management skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and prolonged standing
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Communicate professionally with customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate reliability, efficiency, and service excellence
- Follow specific instructions and processes unique to TFG HI
- Lift equipment and supplies up to 25 lbs
- Work nights and weekends as needed
