Job Requirements
- Currently authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future
- High school diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Fulfill physical requirements including stooping standing walking climbing stairs and ladders
- Ability to lift or carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
- Communication skills to exchange straightforward information
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of the property equipment engineering spaces and shared areas
- Perform physical tasks such as loading unloading and moving materials
- Organize inventory of storage rooms to ensure contents are stocked
- Respond to employee desk and office lockouts and manage replacement keys
- Follow government and company regulations related to building operations and work safety
- Complete general labor work as assigned including office furniture repairs replacing ceiling and carpet tiles and ad hoc requests
- Assist internal employees with office space relocation by delivering and collecting packing supplies
- Help maintenance staff engineers and company vendors with special projects as needed and review work upon completion
- Answer common inquiries or complaints from clients co-workers and/or supervisor
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion
- Deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
