Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- available to work weekends including sunday
- reliable transportation to franklin
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- able to work in elevated temperatures
- ability to work in tight spaces safely
- maintain neat and clean appearance according to company grooming standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or ged optional
- minimum of one year experience in a large commercial kitchen preferred
- food handlers card
- abc service certification
- cpr certification or first aid preferred
- ability to work under pressure
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- knowledge of teamwork and toast pos system
Job Duties
- prepare pizza dough
- cut, grate, and slice ingredients
- prepare pizzas according to company recipe book
- maintain cleanliness of pizza ovens
- follow sanitary and safety standards
- manage food order slips and ensure timely completion
- complete assigned cleaning duties
- set up and break down stations before and after operating hours
