Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current dotFIT certification or willingness to obtain
- Current CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
- Proven background in customer service and sales
- Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and organized recovery center environment

Job Duties
- Focus on changing lives through service, science, and sales
- Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its Train Different philosophy
- Bring T.R.A.I.N (Timely, Ready, Aware, Inspiring, Noble) to life
- Conduct safe and effective recovery sessions using state of the art modalities
- Maintain the organization and neat presentation of the Recovery Center
- Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff
- Sell subscriptions to the Recovery Center and provide introductory session for members and guests
- Assist members and encourage member involvement in the Recovery Center
- Ensure accurate administration of client programs (dotFIT, supplements, and modality usage)
