Job Requirements
- Ability to lift to 75 pounds pass a TSA background check and meet drug alcohol and driver’s license requirements
- Minimum 2 years in team or employee management with team building and coaching skills
- Experience in logistics airport warehouse or related industries preferred
- Proficiency in written and oral communication and familiarity with word processing email database and internet software
- Associate degree or equivalent direct work experience in place of education

Job Duties
- Oversee daily warehouse activities ensuring efficient freight handling maintaining safety and compliance standards and leading a team to meet operational targets
- Utilize experience in warehouse or logistics supervision strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of inventory management and operational procedures
- Experience within an airport or time-sensitive logistics environment is highly desirable
- Supervise warehouse staff and coordinate shift operations
- Monitor inventory accuracy and reporting
- Ensure compliance with health safety and security regulations
- Optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency
- Collaborate with airport and logistics partners to ensure timely freight movement
