Job Requirements

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must bring a valid state-issued ID or driver's license
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check
  • Pass drug test
  • Pass physical examination
  • Capability to work in refrigerated and freezer warehouse environments
  • Willingness to adhere to safety standards and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Entry level - no experience required

  • Ability to pass drug test
  • Ability to pass physical examination
  • Previous experience in warehouse or related roles is a plus

Job Duties

  • Responsible for safely and accurately selecting cases in the dry, refrigerated, and freezer (0-10 degrees) sections of the warehouse utilizing voice technology and an electric tugger
  • Maintain a fast pace while ensuring high standards of quality
  • Use voice picking systems to confirm order accuracy
  • Operate electric tuggers and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily order quotas
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Report any discrepancies or issues in order selection promptly
