Job Description
This position is for a Crew Team Member at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. Unlike corporate McDonald's restaurants managed by McDonald's USA, this franchisee is a separate entity that licenses McDonald's logos, branding, and food products in order to operate the restaurant. It is important to understand that if you are hired, your employer will be this independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA. Job Duties

- Prepare all of McDonald's food following safety and quality standards
- Partner with other crew members and managers to meet daily operational goals
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the restaurant
- Support team members during busy periods
- Follow health and safety protocols consistently
