Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work day shift between 10:00 am and 2:00 pm
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- previous cooking experience preferred
- ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties
- demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and recipes
- understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- prepare food neatly, according to recipe, and in a timely manner
- present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
- maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
- attend special meetings as scheduled by the restaurant manager
