Job Requirements
- Availability to work day shifts between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Ability to follow instructions and work well in a fast-moving environment
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Job Qualifications
- Professional appearance and a positive attitude
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling payments
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet our guests enthusiastically with a friendly smile
- Accurately record orders on a cash register
- Collect payment from guests and make change
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- Meet guests’ needs and take steps to solve food or service issues
- Interact with guests to ensure high quality experiences
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation guidelines
- Prepare quality ice cream products, assemble food and beverage orders, and check to make sure they’re correct
- Present quality products at all times and maintain a neat and clean work area
- Maintain adequately stocked workstations, restocking as needed
- Attend special meetings as scheduled by the Restaurant Manager
