Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in receptionist or administrative roles preferred
- excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Job Duties
- Greet customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor
- answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately
- schedule appointments and assist with service bookings
- maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth customer flow
