Job Requirements
- Must be able to frequently lift 50 pounds
- must be able to push and pull the oven racks into and out of ovens and cooling areas
- must be able to load and unload pans onto dishwasher racks
- must be able to push and pull dishwasher cart weighing 300 pounds
- must know simple arithmetic
- must be able to read and follow instructions and recipes
- must be able to operate machinery such as depositor, mixer, ovens, and dishwasher
- must be able to communicate issues with supervisor and coworkers
- must be able to manage persons and projects
- mechanical knowledge is a plus
- must be able to troubleshoot problems
- preferably two years of experience leading team members
- must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide
- must be able to add volume and weight measurements
- must achieve certification and proficiency on all equipment including vertical mixers and silo system
- must be able to lift up to 60 pounds frequently
- must be able to communicate issues with team leader

Job Duties
- Enforces GMP and HACCP and safety
- oversees the completion of paperwork
- understands and teaches MSG culture regarding customer driven ethics
- makes decisions such as break times and quality assurance
- motivates team members
- ensures that the desired list is finished
- prioritizes batches
- accepts team input
- communicates issues with maintenance, sanitation and management as needed
- informs management when there are performance issues amongst the team members
- communicates with depositing line
- repairs minor problems with equipment and maintains equipment to avoid breakdowns
- displays excellent attendance record, punctuality and is a role model for other team members
- helps to coordinate team members' absenteeism
- helps to forecast when in need of extra help or temporary work
