Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food preparation or baking preferred
  • Ability to stand and move for up to 8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Good personal hygiene and grooming habits
  • Positive work attitude and ability to work with others
  • Flexibility in scheduling
  • Willingness to perform various tasks as assigned
  • Compliance with manager's directions

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Mixing and baking a variety of menu items including desserts, homemade crackers, sauces, salad dressings, and appetizers
  • Obtaining necessary supplies and ingredients to maintain inventory at par levels
  • Washing, cutting, slicing, measuring, and mixing or kneading food items by hand or with industrial appliances
  • Ensuring quality assurance of ingredients and reporting any inferior products to management
  • Managing food ingredients and appliances responsibly to minimize waste and abuse
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment before, during, and after shifts
  • Adhering to manager's directions and being flexible to perform other assigned tasks
