Job Qualifications

- knowledge of cleaning methods, materials and safety practices used in large commercial or institutional facilities
- ability to perform manual tasks

- ability to manage and operate heavy equipment
Job Duties
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness for assigned buildings and areas
- perform daily janitorial services
- inspect areas covered by nightly janitorial contractors
- supervise temporary employees
- perform duties during and after severe weather and emergency situations
- manage heavy cleaning equipment
- organize special cleaning projects
