Job Requirements
- Must be available for early morning or day shifts
- Willingness to work 3 to 7 hour shifts, five days a week, with at least 22 hours per week
- Ability to stand, walk, push, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach overhead and forward for extended periods
- Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- No criminal record that would interfere with job responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must comply with all health and safety regulations and company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is advantageous
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning procedures and adhere to safety guidelines
- Strong physical stamina to perform demanding physical activities
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cleaning technologies and products
Job Duties
- Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures
- Must be available early morning/day shifts
- 3-7 hour shift 5 days a week
- cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in all assigned areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during shifts
- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals
