Job Requirements
- At least two years of general custodial experience
- some maintenance experience or equivalent training preferred
- ability to prioritize work effectively
- self-starting attitude and initiative
- flexibility and openness to learn and try new things
- at least two years working with the general public preferred
- good organizational skills and ability to follow directions
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- must have reliable transportation to and from the site
- weekend availability required

Job Duties
- Performing cleaning duties in all common areas including hallways, community rooms, fitness center, dog lounge, entryways, and garage
- vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and other cleaning tasks throughout the property
- maintaining grounds by removing debris and litter, emptying trash, and pressure washing
- operating heavy machinery and assisting with trash management
- cleaning windows and glass doors within reach
- proactively addressing custodial concerns
- reporting maintenance issues to the Maintenance Supervisor
- overseeing sanitary condition of trash and recycling containers
- interacting with residents with high customer service and a positive attitude
