Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow safety and precaution rules
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication skills

- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties
- Clean the interior of buildings including floors carpets rugs windows and walls
- Vacuum sweep and mop floors in offices rooms hallways lobbies lounges elevators stairs locker rooms and other work areas
- Clean stains from chairs and upholstered furniture
- Keep furniture free of dust as well as lighting fixtures marble surfaces and moldings
- Leave empty trash cans as well as clean trash cans and ashtrays
- Disinfect commonly used items such as desks door handles office tools and phones
- Clean and maintain restrooms replenish supplies in this area and where required
