Job Requirements
- Background checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable law

Job Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- understanding of infection control practices and importance of maintaining a sanitary environment
- good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required
Job Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, and dusting of common areas, lobbies, waiting rooms, hallways, and restrooms
- disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs, handrails, light switches, and elevator buttons
- empty and properly dispose of trash and waste according to established guidelines
- refill dispensers for soap, paper towels, and toilet paper as needed
- monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered
- assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces
- collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address building cleanliness and safety issues
- report any maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel
- follow all safety protocols and procedures including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- perform other tasks and projects as requested by the customer or Advanced team
