Job Requirements
- background checks will be conducted in accordance with applicable law
- physical health screen pre-placement
- OSHA respiratory questionnaire and respirator fit test qualitative
- drug screen 10 panel
- COVID-19 vaccines including 1st dose 2nd dose booster influenza immunization and TB skin test
- TDAP vaccine MMR titers varicella titers antibody hepatitis B titers antibody
- must receive all required vaccinations as condition of employment with medical and religious exemptions applicable
- ability to regularly lift and or move up to 10 pounds frequently lift and or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and or move up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- previous janitorial or custodial experience preferably in a medical or healthcare setting
- knowledge of cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
- understanding of infection control practices and the importance of maintaining a sanitary environment
- good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting bending and standing for extended periods
- flexibility to work during both day and evening shifts as required
Job Duties
- perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping mopping and dusting of all common areas lobbies waiting rooms hallways and restrooms
- disinfect and sanitize high-touch surfaces such as doorknobs handrails light switches and elevator buttons
- empty and properly dispose of trash and medical waste according to established guidelines including outside and around the building
- refill dispensers for soap paper towels and toilet paper as needed
- monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be reordered
- assist with setting up and cleaning meeting rooms and event spaces as necessary
- collaborate with maintenance and facility teams to address any issues related to building cleanliness and safety
- report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
- follow all safety protocols and procedures including proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- perform other tasks and projects requested by the customer and or Advanced Building Maintenance Inc team
