Job Requirements

Valid driver's license
Current vehicle insurance
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift
Capable of bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling
Willingness to walk stairs and large properties regularly
Availability to work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday as scheduled

Job Qualifications

Strong communicator in English or Spanish both written and verbal
Familiar with using a mobile device such as a cell phone or tablet regularly for time keeping and document review
Enjoys providing friendly customer service
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Physically active and enjoys being on your feet outdoors
Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required
