Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no experience required
- on the job training provided
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- ability to lift and move objects manually or with equipment
- ability to work scheduled hours Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 3:00 pm

Job Duties
- Clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for use of chemical cleaners and power equipment
- notify manager of needed repairs or additions to building systems
- establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients and team members
- comply with safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- move objects manually or with hand trucks to clean areas
- clean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
- wash and replace blinds
- gather and empty trash
- sweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow, or perform incidental seasonal tasks
- wipe and clean tabletops and equipment in food areas
- service, clean, and supply restrooms
