Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs comfortably
- Capable of physical activities such as walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending, sweeping, wiping, mopping, and vacuuming for extended periods (4-8 hours)
- Pass a criminal background check
- Willingness to learn and adopt company-specific procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with basic English proficiency
- Ability to work efficiently and follow detailed instructions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated and reliable with a high commitment to customer satisfaction
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Demonstrate professionalism and high integrity
- Follow specific instructions and company processes
- Provide excellent customer service and help create positive client impressions
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, walking, standing, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
