Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license
- high school diploma or equivalent or equivalent work experience closely related to the field of work
- experience working outdoors
- ability to follow directions and read maps
- maintain valid driver’s license and good driving record
- pass and maintain drug-free status including employment and random drug tests
- ability to operate a pick-up truck safely
- ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally
- moderate lifting no greater than 40 lbs
- moderate reaching, pushing, pulling, gripping, and grasping
- no fine manipulation or fine manual dexterity required
- ability to stand for a full shift in addition to walking, climbing stairs and bending as required

Job Duties
- operate a pick-up truck to drive to different stops on a scheduled route
- complete assigned jobs in the time allotted
- perform labor duties as required by team lead including litter pick-up along highways
- perform cleaning and labor tasks to maintain various retail properties
- use leaf blower to blow off sidewalks, change trash bags, and walk property to check for issues
- perform handyman tasks including painting, carpentry, lighting, and electrical work
- report any property or safety issues observed during duties
