Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- no experience required as on-the-job training is provided
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- ability to perform physical tasks associated with cleaning
- availability to work the specified shift from 10am to 2pm Monday through Friday
Job Qualifications
- customer service experience preferred
- one year of similar work experience preferred
- effective communication skills
- ability to follow safety and cleaning procedures
- willingness to learn and adapt
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- clean and maintain buildings and facilities
- follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage
- notify manager about needed repairs or additions to building systems
- establish and maintain effective communication with clients, coworkers, supervisors, and managers
- comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
- clean and dust furniture, fixtures, floors, ceilings, walls, machines, and equipment
- move furniture and equipment to clean areas manually or with hand trucks
