Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous custodial or cleaning experience
- Superior attendance and reliable transportation
- Physical ability to perform cleaning duties
- Ability to lift, push and move heavy objects
- Ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Custodial experience preferred
- Excellent work ethic and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and move garbage bags and recycling boxes
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods
- Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
- Dependable, positive and team oriented
Job Duties
- Keep restrooms clean and stocked with paper and soap
- Maintain cleanliness of the break room
- Wipe and sanitize surfaces, and mop floors between patient visits
- Spot clean carpet and other designated areas based on customer needs
- Clean secured areas
- Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager
- Communicate needs to the facility
- Act as eyes and ears of the facility for maintenance issues
