Job Requirements

Valid California driver's license
vehicle insurance
able to commute to multiple property locations in San Diego area
able to perform physical tasks including walking, climbing stairs, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds
punctuality
ability to work independently
pass background check, drug screening, and physical endurance test
detail-oriented

Job Qualifications

Janitorial experience preferred
outstanding communication skills
punctual and dependable
reliable transportation
ability to work independently
ability to stand for extended periods
meet physical requirements including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, and restroom cleaning
clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
remove or clean up debris such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, and graffiti
continuously inspect public areas for cleanliness
notify supervisors of repair needs
always wear appropriate safety equipment for assigned tasks
