Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous janitorial or day porter experience preferred
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday mornings
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation access
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols

- Day porter, janitor, or custodian experience preferred
Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- Remove and clean up debris such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti
- Continuously inspect all public areas of the property for cleanliness
- Notify supervisor of any repair needs
- Always wear appropriate safety equipment including gloves, goggles, safety vest
