Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, and restroom cleaning
- clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti
- continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs
- wear appropriate safety equipment for tasks including gloves, goggles, safety vest
