Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning tasks, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning, etc
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti, etc
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs
- Required to always wear the appropriate safety equipment for the task, which includes gloves, goggles, a safety vest, and any other safety equipment that the task requires
