Job Requirements

Valid California Driver's License
Ability to complete physical requirements of the job including bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, climbing stairs
Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation

Job Duties

Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning
Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti
Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs
Always wear appropriate safety equipment for the task including gloves, goggles, safety vest
