Job Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to identify and manage priorities
- Ability to complete the physical requirements of the job
- Day porter, janitor, or custodian experience preferred
- Ability to be on foot constantly during production
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel

- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- Remove and/or clean up debris such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- Notify the supervisor in case of needed repairs
- Wear appropriate safety equipment including gloves, goggles, and safety vest
