Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Ability to wear required safety equipment
- Pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical endurance test relevant to the job requirements

Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil, including stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, and graffiti
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- Notify the supervisor if repairs are needed
- Always wear appropriate safety equipment such as gloves, goggles, safety vest, and other required gear
