Job Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to identify and manage priorities

- Day porter, janitor, custodian experience preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be punctual and dependable
- Must be able to stand for long periods

- Must pass pre-employment background check, drug screening, and physical endurance test

Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, restroom cleaning
- Clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- Remove and/or clean up any debris or soil such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, graffiti
- Continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- Notify the supervisor in case there is a need for repairs
- Always wear appropriate safety equipment for tasks including gloves, goggles, safety vest
