Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a porter
- strong communication skills
- must speak English
- capable of operating cell phone and/or radio
- willingness to work assigned hours
- ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
- comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required

Job Duties
- Service all public and operational spaces throughout the building
- maintain the plaza and parking garage areas as specified
- ensure elevator cars are clean and presentable
- preserve the lobby and first impression areas
- uphold the exterior appearance of the building
- maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene
- check and restock restroom supplies regularly
- monitor and clean building grounds
- oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the dock area
- clean stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly, and damp mop landings and treads monthly
- assist with snow removal as needed
- respond to special requests throughout the day
- respond to work orders via cell phone or tablet
