Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a porter
- Strong communication skills
- Must speak English
- Capable of operating cell phone and/or radio
- Willingness to work assigned hours
- Ability to conduct face-to-face discussions with individuals or groups at all professional levels
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, stoop, or kneel as required

Job Duties
- Service all public and operational spaces throughout the building
- Maintain the plaza and parking garage areas as specified
- Ensure elevator cars are clean and presentable
- Preserve the lobby and first impression areas
- Uphold the exterior appearance of the building
- Maintain restroom cleanliness and hygiene
- Check and restock restroom supplies regularly
- Monitor and clean building grounds
- Oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the dock area
- Clean stairwells daily, dust mop stairwells weekly, and damp mop landings and treads monthly
- Assist with snow removal as needed
- Respond to special requests throughout the day
- Respond to work orders via cell phone/tablet
