- day porter, janitor, or custodian experience preferred
- ability to be on foot 100 percent during production time
- ability to bend, stoop, squat, and kneel
- ability to climb stairs
- ability to push, pull, and reach over the shoulder
- ability to grasp and grip
- ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Pick up trash as needed and empty trash receptacles
- perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning cobwebs, wiping down surfaces, and restroom cleaning
- clean exterior surfaces of windows, windowsills, and doors
- remove and clean up debris such as stickers, chewing gum, coffee spills, and graffiti
- continuously walk the property to inspect all public areas for cleanliness
- notify the supervisor of any repair needs
- always wear appropriate safety equipment for the task including gloves, goggles, and safety vest
