Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- One or more years of office or industrial space cleaning experience warehouse experience or customer service experience
- Must be onsite in Hawthorne California remote work is not considered
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to carry large heavy items up to 30 pounds unassisted
- Ability to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day
- Willingness to work all shifts and available for overtime and weekends as needed
- Frequent bending stooping and lifting of objects
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- One or more years of experience in office or industrial space cleaning warehouse experience or customer service experience
- Janitorial experience preferred
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work well with others and be self-driven
Job Duties
- General cleaning including sweeping mopping dusting vacuuming and trash removal
- Restroom cleaning and sanitization including maintaining cleanliness replenishing supplies and ensuring hygiene standards
- High-touch area sanitization focusing on doorknobs light switches and other frequently touched surfaces
- Specialized cleaning including carpet cleaning floor care stripping waxing polishing window washing and cleaning walls and ceilings
- Equipment operation of floor buffers vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners
- Waste management removing trash and recycling from designated areas
- Conducting daily facility inspections and reporting to facilities management
