Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to maintain cleanliness to high standards
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company processes
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, standing, walking, bending, and cleaning duties
- Ability to work morning shifts Monday through Friday from 5:00 am to 12:00 pm
- Must clear a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior janitorial or housekeeping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Basic proficiency in English for communication
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds comfortably
- Good physical stamina for prolonged periods of standing, walking, and manual work
- Strong commitment to service excellence and professionalism
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and indoor and outdoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Represent the company professionally to clients and visitors
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Adhere to scheduled hours and maintain reliability
- Follow specific instructions and procedures set by TFG HI
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
