Job Requirements
- No custodial experience required
- Excellent work ethic and customer service
- Superior attendance and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and move garbage bags and recycling boxes and push or roll recycling bins
- Ability to walk, bend, stoop and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to follow written and or oral instructions
- Dependable, positive and team oriented

- Ability to lift and move garbage bags and recycling boxes
- Ability to push or roll recycling bins

- Previous work experience in hotel cleaning or housekeeping is a plus
- Experience in property management or apartment cleaning is beneficial
- Janitorial or custodian experience preferred but not required
- Experience working in restaurants or grocery stores is advantageous
Job Duties
- Act as customer service representative for building occupants
- Spot clean designated areas based on customers' needs
- Clean secured areas of the facility
- Be on call for emergencies within the facility
- Police parking lot for debris
- Order supplies for the facility
- Communicate cleaning issues or concerns to the manager
- Communicate needs to the facility
- Monitor the facility for maintenance issues
- Sweep cigarette butts
- Salt or shovel snow when needed
