Job Requirements
- Must complete pre-employment background check
- must complete pre-employment drug screen if applicable
- proof of work authorization required
- physically able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch during entire shift
- able to lift 35 lbs and carry 12 lbs backpack vacuum as needed
- open availability including overtime, schedule adjustments, and holiday work
- willingness to comply with company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
- basic proficiency in English recommended
- ability to operate floor cleaning machinery
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods
- ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
Job Duties
- Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas
- cleaning and restocking restrooms
- emptying trash cans and replacing trash bags
- cleaning corridors and stairwells
- removing trash, cleaning floors, dusting and wiping down surfaces
- vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- operating walk-behind floor cleaning machines
- cleaning and polishing furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures
- restocking supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas
- maintaining janitor closet and janitorial equipment in clean, safe, and operable condition
- periodically cleaning overhead vents and dusting blinds
- collaborating effectively using English language skills
- performing miscellaneous duties as assigned
