Job Requirements

  • Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week
  • Must be reliable and self-motivated
  • Ability to comfortably lift 25 lbs
  • Physically capable of walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending, sweeping, wiping, mopping, and vacuuming for extended periods (4 to 8 hours)
  • Willingness to work nights and weekends
  • Hiring contingent upon clearing a criminal background check

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
  • Janitorial or housekeeping experience highly preferred
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow instructions and apply common sense
  • Effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas
  • Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
  • Exhibit reliability, efficiency, and high commitment to service excellence
  • Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline
  • Learn and adopt specific TFG HI processes
  • Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
  • Work nights and weekends as needed
