Job Requirements
- Flexibility to work up to 40+ hours per week
- Must be reliable and self-motivated
- Ability to comfortably lift 25 lbs
- Physically capable of walking, standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, stooping, stretching, bending, sweeping, wiping, mopping, and vacuuming for extended periods (4 to 8 hours)
- Willingness to work nights and weekends
- Hiring contingent upon clearing a criminal background check
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Janitorial or housekeeping experience highly preferred
- Basic English proficiency
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and apply common sense
- Effective communication skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of office suites, restrooms, and outdoor and indoor common areas
- Use appropriate cleaning products and methods effectively
- Exhibit reliability, efficiency, and high commitment to service excellence
- Demonstrate professionalism, high integrity, and self-discipline
- Learn and adopt specific TFG HI processes
- Communicate effectively with customers and coworkers
- Work nights and weekends as needed
