Job Requirements

Reliable transportation
Valid California driver’s license
Proof of vehicle insurance
Ability to stand and be on feet throughout the shift
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, and pull
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to walk up stairs and large properties regularly

Job Qualifications

Strong communicator in English or Spanish both written and verbal
Familiar with using a mobile device such as a cell phone or tablet regularly for time keeping and document review
Enjoys providing friendly customer service
Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently
Physically active and enjoys being on feet outdoors
Experience in janitorial, custodial, or porter work preferred but not required
