Job Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or equivalent
- Ability to read basic words and comprehend
- Ability to clearly print and speak simple sentences
- Effective communication skills with team and customers
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Knowledge of standard American measurements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle registration and insurance if driving on company time

- Ability to use personal protective equipment appropriately
Job Qualifications
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10's and 100's
- Know American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons
- Required to have a valid driver's license if driving own or company vehicle on business time
- Bilingual is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Floor care including vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting
- Surface care such as dusting, sanitizing, cleaning glass, mirrors, windows, polishing metal and wood, cleaning blinds and draperies
- Waste removal including emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to disposal areas
- Light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures, stopping at-risk behavior
- Follow all protocols, company procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and environment
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, tables
- Clean lobbies, conference rooms, pick up trash, recycling, compost bins, and transport waste
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Damp mop floors, restroom cleaning, glass cleaning
- Restock and organize janitorial closets and storage areas
- Clean elevators
- Spot clean upholstered furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces
