Job Requirements
- Must have reliable transportation
- Less than high school education or up to one-month related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to read 2-3 syllable words, recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers
- Ability to print clearly and speak simple sentences
- Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, managers, and customers
- Know how to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10s and 100s
- Know the American measures of money, weight, size, length, shapes, distance and measures such as cups, pints, quarts, gallons, etc
- Required to have valid driver’s license if driving own vehicle or company vehicle on business time, will also require proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual is a plus, not required

- Valid driver’s license if driving own or company vehicle with proof of vehicle registration and insurance
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Perform floor care such as vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting
- Dust and sanitize surfaces including glass, mirrors, windows, metal, wood, blinds, and draperies
- Remove waste by emptying trash and recycle bins and transporting waste to proper disposal areas
- Conduct light maintenance tasks including replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets
- Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures and prevent risk behaviors
- Follow all company protocols, procedures, policies, and rules
- Take direction and respond appropriately to supervision
- Use proper personal protective equipment
- Present a professional appearance and conduct
- Understand reporting systems and environmental standards
- Transport small equipment, tools, chairs, and tables
- Clean and straighten common areas such as lobbies and conference rooms
- Clean drop-in desktops between events
- Assist janitorial staff with restocking restrooms and break rooms
- Perform restroom cleaning, glass cleaning, and spot clean furniture and carpets
- Dust open common spaces and organize supplies in janitorial closets and storage areas
- Clean elevators and conduct light vacuuming and dusting
