Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach constantly up to 100 percent of the time
- ability to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds
- willingness to undergo paid on-the-job training
- ability to work flexible hours
- must adhere to company uniform standards
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and their uses
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
- willingness to learn and strong work ethic
- ability to work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job
- ability to contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude

Job Duties
- Remove debris and maintain common space areas
- perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided products, tools, and procedures
- sweep, mop, polish, trash, dust, clean windows, and maintain restrooms
- maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- use proper PPE where required
- clean all common space areas including kitchen, cafeteria, lobby, and break room
- place safety hazard signs such as "wet floor" signs as necessary
- monitor, clean, service, and restock bathrooms
- respond immediately to any major spills or cleaning emergencies
