Job Requirements

Ability to operate and use janitorial tools, equipment, and cleaning chemicals
ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
ability to perform all duties as required with or without accommodation
ability to stand for long periods
ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs
availability to work weekends and/or holidays
pre-employment drug screen required

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
knowledge of cleaning methods, tools, and equipment
ability to work independently
strong attention to detail
good communication skills
commitment to high levels of customer service

Job Duties

Clean all public areas to the standards required
clean and maintain all equipment daily
assist guests in public areas when required
post caution signs when required
responsible for the upkeep of all equipment used
complete deep cleaning projects as required
report injuries, damage, or missing items to the Public Area Supervisor
