Job Duties

maintain a high standard of excellence
clean main entrance glass
empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles
police restrooms and restock products such as soap, towels, tissue and deodorizers
dust mullions and exterior windowsills
dust mop main lobby floor
dust light fixtures and metal work in lobby
check common areas and clean interior of elevator cabs
walk and police interior or exterior stairwells
pour water down the drains in all restrooms
vacuum
dust mop and sweep hard surface floors
wet mop hard surface floors
report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
report inventory and supplies to supervisor
report lost and found items to supervisor or manager
assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
utilize time wisely and efficiently
