Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- valid driver’s license
- clean driving record
- available to work Monday to Friday 8:30am to 3pm
- ability to perform physical cleaning tasks
- commitment to safety and company values
- willingness to work irregular hours if needed
- occasional travel
- passion for cleanliness and hospitality

Job Duties
- Maintain a high standard of excellence
- clean main entrance glass
- empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles
- police restrooms and restock products
- dust mullions and exterior windowsills
- dust mop main lobby floor
- dust light fixtures and metal work in lobby
- check and clean interior of elevator cabs
- walk and police interior or exterior stairwells
- pour water down restroom drains
- vacuum floors
- dust mop and sweep hard surface floors
- wet mop hard surface floors
- report maintenance issues
- report damaged or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
- report inventory and supplies to supervisor
- report lost and found items to supervisor or manager
- assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
- ensure a safe working environment
- utilize supplies and equipment efficiently
- utilize time wisely and efficiently
