Job Duties
- maintain a high standard of excellence
- clean main entrance glass
- empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles
- police restrooms restocking products such as soap, towels, tissue, and deodorizers as needed
- dust mullions and exterior windowsills
- dust mop main lobby floor
- dust light fixtures and metal work in lobby
- check common areas and clean interior of elevator cabs
- walk or police interior or exterior stairwells
- pour water down the drains in all restrooms
- vacuum
- dust mop and sweep hard surface floors
- wet mop hard surface floors
- report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
- report damaged, dirty or stained carpets, drapes, furniture and linens
- report inventory and supplies to supervisor
- report lost and found items to supervisor or manager
- assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
- ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
- utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
- utilize time wisely and efficiently
