Job Duties

  • maintain a high standard of excellence
  • clean main entrance glass
  • empty and replace liners on all exterior trash receptacles
  • police restrooms and restock supplies such as soap, towels, tissue, and deodorizers as needed
  • dust mullions and exterior windowsills
  • dust mop main lobby floor
  • dust light fixtures and metal work in the lobby
  • clean interior of elevator cabs
  • walk and police interior or exterior stairwells
  • pour water down drains in all restrooms
  • vacuum
  • dust mop and sweep hard surface floors
  • wet mop hard surface floors
  • report unit maintenance issues as per company procedure
  • report damaged, dirty, or stained carpets, drapes, furniture, and linens
  • report inventory and supplies to supervisor
  • report lost and found items to supervisor or manager
  • assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
  • ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
  • utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
  • utilize time wisely and efficiently
